Rashida Kanchwala has been in the field of education since the past 20 years and has considerable experience in international education. Having taught in several well known play schools of Mumbai during the start of her career she has worked her way up the teaching ladder. She graduated with a child psychology degree from Bombay University. In order to fine tune her teaching methods, she completed the Cambridge International Primary Years Programme (CIPP) and attended many workshops on Inquiry Teaching and Learning, Making Enquiry Happen, Pre–School Mathematics, Teaching Elementary Mathematics and Thinking Based Learning.
Rashida firmly believes that, in her role as a facilitator, she would want to empower her students with the ability to think, research and rationalize in an out of the box manner. She wants her students to be lifelong learners and learn through their experience. Her aim to teach young students is to bring a positive change in each of their lives.
She enjoys meeting new people and travelling. She is as passionate about dancing as she is about teaching.
