Board of Governors

Bombay International School Association is a parent co-operative and parents serve on the Board of Governors to manage all supporting roles such as Infrastructure, Admissions, Sports, IT, Safety, Kitchen and Bus routes, among others.

The Board of Governors comprises:

1. The Principal of the School; an ex-officio member;
2. One of the Trustees of the school;
3. Six members from the Parent-Member class and
4. One Founder Member or an Alumnus representing the Founder Members in lieu of them being available.
